CallAgent
How it works

From one sentence to a finished call.

Tell your agent what you need. It drafts a plan, you approve it, and a voice agent places the call.

The flow

Six steps

Brief

Goal, tone, steps and rules, plus an optional checklist that defines when the call is finished.

Plan

prepare_call checks the number and returns the plan. Nothing is dialled yet.

Approve

You review the plan. Only after that does approve_and_start place the call.

Conversation

Real-time speech in German or English. The agent says it's an AI at the start of the call.

Questions

When the other person offers something the plan doesn't cover, the agent asks you, and you answer with a nudge.

Result

You get the outcome, facts, transcript and cost, plus an automatic review of the call.

Question from the call
Praxis

Donnerstag ist voll. Freitag um acht?

Agent

Moment, ich frag kurz nach.

You

nudge_call: "Freitag 8 Uhr ist ok."

Agent

Freitag acht Uhr passt, gerne so eintragen.

Under the hood

Safeguards built into the system

Speech to speech

Phone audio goes straight to a realtime voice model, which keeps replies within about half a second.

Knows who answered

It recognises call screening, mailboxes and phone menus, and only greets once a person is on the line.

Hangs up cleanly

It records the result, says goodbye and hangs up. The carrier enforces a hard time limit as a backstop.

Never rings twice

Starting a call is idempotent. If the start is uncertain, the call is not retried automatically.

Survives disconnects

The call keeps running on the server. Reconnect and keep polling with the same run_id.

Reviews every call

After each call you get a score, the tasks that were missed, and suggestions for the brief.
